I didn’t know any better, so I had a Yoda backpack that had a waterproof speaker that had Yoda talking every minute or so. Why was this a bad choice? The first mud pit, Yoda became a 40 lbs deadweight. Through the 100+ yard uphill army crawl under barbed wire, Yoda had many stitches break.

Today’s bar is Strawberry Cheesecake by Quest Nutrition.
This is a great tasting bar! It really reminds me of eating a cheesecake. The strawberry flavor is very well defined in the bar. This one is going on my must buy again list.
This run, I had a contest on Facebook that whoever donated the most money to St. Judes got to pick what I raced in. My friend Seth and his family donated were the highest bidders and chose Lion-O from the Tundercats. What a great choice! This was also my second Warrior Dash in two days. In my quest to find protein bars that are good for you and taste good, I decided to give the Quest Bars a try, based on a lot of good feedback from my P90X3 support and accountability group. I fired up my web browser and ordered a 12 back of flavors from Amazon. Today’s bar is Cinnamon Roll.
The flavor was like a weak cinnamon roll, so the title fits, but it is not going to go on my favorites list. Overall, the bar is fine and having 20g of protein is a good thing.
Overall: Not bad.
