Pilates X, this workout is a tough one for me, but I like it. It mixes in ab work with stretching. I even built up a little sweat!

In my quest to find protein bars that are good for you and taste good, I decided to give the Quest Bars a try, based on a lot of good feedback from my P90X3 support and accountability group. I fired up my web browser and ordered a 12 back of flavors from Amazon. Today’s bar is Cinnamon Roll.
The flavor was like a weak cinnamon roll, so the title fits, but it is not going to go on my favorites list. Overall, the bar is fine and having 20g of protein is a good thing.
Overall: Not bad.
