I missed my opportunity to do my long run on Sunday, I I used my Tuesday easy run time as a make up for the Sunday long run. I am glad I did.
I started Charity Miles, got my Garmin searching for devices and queued up my podcast app up with two Spartan podcasts, Spartan Underground and Spartan Up while I made my way to the starting spot of my run. Half Marathon Training Week 7 Day 4: 40 min easy run. Completed with 20lbs ruck. I wanted to quit at around the 30 minute mark, but I pulled myself out of that mental block and pushed through. Glad I did!
