I missed my opportunity to do my long run on Sunday, I I used my Tuesday easy run time as a make up for the Sunday long run. I am glad I did.
I started Charity Miles, got my Garmin searching for devices and queued up my podcast app up with two Spartan podcasts, Spartan Underground and Spartan Up while I made my way to the starting spot of my run. When I got to my starting spot I hit “Go” on my Garmin and ran… and that I did.
