2014 Goals Revisited and Looking forward to 2015

For 2014 I had a few goals, become a member of the Spartan Trifecta (complete a Spartan Sprint, Super and Beast in the same calendar year) and complete a half Marathon. I completed both of those goals in 2014, which helped me get into the best shape of my life and I did obstacles that I never thought I would be able to do.

This year, Jan 01 2014 – today, I have ran a little over 576 miles and for 2015 my goal is to run 1,000 miles. That’s 2.7 miles a day average or 83.3 miles a month.

Next, I want to keep my standings in the Spartan Trifecta Tribe for 2015 and do an additional spartan race, for 4 in a calendar year. [UPDATE] The additional Spartan Race has turned into a Hurricane Heat for the PNW Sprint, the night before the Sprint. Yes, this may put my 2015 trifecta in jeopardy, but no guts, no glory.[/UPDATE]

Most importantly, I want to have fun on the course and help others succeed.
